2024 Break the Silence Fundraising Dinner

You are invited to our 6th Break the Silence Fundraising Dinner, an opportunity for you to enjoy an evening out and make new friends, while supporting our life-saving work. We’ll have some key speakers, music, and good food and will be raising funds through raffles and an auction.

Our Break the Silence campaign is focused on increasing awareness of domestic abuse within cultural and religious settings in order to build support networks for women who may be experiencing abuse. This is because crimes like these are not openly discussed or discouraged in these settings. Many women believe their religion or culture requires them to suffer in silence and this contributes to the devastating statistics that we see today.
